House and Land Packages:

All our packages have a fixed price contract. There are no hidden extras that you are suprised by at the end of the job. Our allowances provide for quality fittings and inclusions, but are flexible if you want to choose other options.

Our packages allow you to select your block of land & house design. We have many designs to choose from or you may want to have your own design. Each plan is custom drawn to your requirements.

All homes come fully complete and ready for occupation.

First Home Buyers:

For the first homebuyer, we have many packages to suit varying budgets. David & Danielle are able to assist you through the building process which can sometimes be daunting to someone who has not built before.

Family Home Buyers:

Every family is different and has different needs. David Bright homes can custom design a home that meets your family's requirements. Our aim is to create a home that accomplishes a lifestyle for harmonious family living. 

Investors:

We have many packages suitable for investors. Rental homes in the Tamworth area offer high returns on investments as there is a very low vacancy rate in the rental market.
We have built several homes for out of town investors, with clients being able to be actively involved as much or as little as they would like. We can manage the job right through to colour selection if required.

The homes are ready to be tenanted on completion.
